It recognizes the rights of children in four major areas: the right to life and survival, to development, to protection and to participation.

4. To fight against HIV/AIDS
5. To end exploitation of children and the harm that is done to them
6. To listen to children / to let children express their views
7. To educate every child
8. To protect children during war
9. To protect the planet for children
